Session Information
Sessions
Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes, and weekly sessions are encouraged initially, and re-evaluated together if and when your needs change. Regular and recurring session times can be reserved for you in advance if required to enable consistency and continuity of care.
Couples therapy sessions range from 90 minutes to 120 minutes per session
After hours appointments also available.
Fees
The cost of a consultation for individual therapy is is $230 (after hours from 4:30pm onwards is $250), which is payable at the end of the session by credit card or direct bank transfer. With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist, you are entitled to Medicare rebates of $96.65 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Additional rebates may be available through private health insurance once Medicare rebates have been exhausted.
The cost per consultation for couples therapy is $260 (business hours) and $280 (after hours) pro-rated, ie. for a 2-hour consultation during business hours, the fee would be $520
Please note:
My fees will increase to $235 during business hours and $255 for after hours appointments, effective from 1st July 2025. Additionally, Medicare rebates will increase from the 1st of July to $98.95.
