Session Information
Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes. Weekly sessions are encouraged initially and re-evaluated together as your needs change. Regular and recurring session times can be reserved in advance if required to ensure consistency and continuity of care.

Couples Therapy
​
Couples therapy sessions are 120 minutes (2 hours) per session to allow sufficient time to hear from both partners and work through relationship dynamics effectively.

After-hours appointments

Medicare Rebates
​
With a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist, you are entitled to Medicare rebates of $98.95 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year for individual therapy. Additional rebates may be available through private health insurance once Medicare rebates have been exhausted.
Medicare rebates only apply to individual sessions; couples and family sessions generally do not attract a Medicare rebate. You may be eligible to claim rebates through your private health insurance (if applicable). Please confirm directly with your insurer as to your cover and eligibility.
